Have you been sitting on an artistic goldmine or are you looking for that ultimate art-bargain? Make room on your walls by consigning pieces to the auctions, or cash in on that Vetriano you bought a few years back!

Anyone wishing to place items in the auction should apply with an image of the work, details on the artist and the piece and the reserve price which they would like met.

There are 2 ways to submit work for the auction. You can download a Submission Form (MS Word format - 47kb) to print and return to the biscuit factory.

Lots are then selected at which point they should be delivered to The Biscuit Factory with the appropriate fee for cataloguing (see below).

The deadline for delivery for the next auction is Thu 18th Dec 08.

Items entered with no reserve or a reserve of under £100:		£10
Items entered with a reserve of between £100-£1,000:	£20
Items entered with a reserve of over £1,000:	£30

These charges apply whether the items are sold or unsold and cover the costs of the items being shown in the catalogue/website and auctioner costs. In addition a commission rate of 15% will be charged to the vendor for any items sold. All charges are subject to VAT at standard rate.

Also, where applicable, certain artworks in this auction fetching over 1000 Euros will be subject to payment of resale royalties of 4% administered and collected by the Design & Artists Copyright Society (DACS). Their website is available at www.dacs.org.uk.
